Savannah’s Candy Kitchen in City Market is such a fun place to stop! We really enjoyed our visit, there’s an ice cream shop on one side and candy on the other, so you can satisfy any sweet craving. Their homemade pralines are a must, and they have a huge selection of candy apples and chocolates, with so many options to choose from. The staff was friendly, and the whole atmosphere feels welcoming and upbeat. If you’re in the area, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!

A staple of Savannah for a reason. It's so much fun just to walk around and have a look at all the varieties of candy from home made to the usual suspects. Everything I've had here (the homemade stuff, at least) is incredible. Absolutely delicious. I find the prices to be a bit on the higher end depending on the product, but never anything unreasonable. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area.

If you have a sweet tooth, is a must-visit while in Savannah. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the delicious aroma of fresh pralines, caramel, and other homemade treats. They offer an incredible selection of chocolates, fudge, candy apples, gourmet popcorn, ice cream, nostalgic candies, and, of course, their famous pralines. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it's fun to watch some of the candy being made. Whether you're looking for a treat to enjoy while exploring River Street or a gift to take home, this place has something for everyone.

You must have serious willpower when you walk into Savannah's Candy Kitchen, or you will leave with tons of the best chocolate and candy imaginable!This family-owned spot is a true Savannah treasure. Their handmade treats are fresh, rich, and addictive. The star for me? The Gophers — those glorious chocolate-pecan-caramel stacks (like elevated turtles). Georgia pecans, gooey caramel, and perfect milk or dark chocolate swirls. One bite and you're hooked. They make them right in front of you, so the quality is obvious.Beyond the Gophers, they’ve got:Incredible pralines (some of the best in the South) Fudge Chocolate-covered everything Saltwater taffy Caramel apples Fresh popcorn in wild flavors The shops (River Street, City Market, etc.) smell amazing and have that fun, old-school candy kitchen vibe with live candy-making displays. Perfect for gifts or treating yourself.Warning: Portions are generous and everything is so good that “just a few pieces” turns into bags full. Bring restraint… or don’t, and enjoy every bite.
